Reservations for Holy Masses in suffrage of the deceased or for the living are made in person, by addressing the rector or one of the collaborating priests at the Shrine. No intentions are taken either by telephone or by e-mail.

At Holy Masses in suffrage of the deceased, their names are not mentioned during the Eucharistic celebration.
